Enrollment and Admission

The following requirements are necessary for admission into our preschool:

Enrollment application form completed in full
Registration fee and First week’s tuition paid in full
Parent handbook receipt signed and on file
Certificate of Immunization (state required)
Physical (state required within)

Hours and Operation

Operating Hours

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We remain closed on federal holidays and during year-end holidays according to annual calendar.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Children must be dropped off and picked up personally by parents or authorized guardians
Signature required on check-in and check-out log
No entries are accepted after 9:30 AM as they disrupt activities

Holidays

The center remains closed on federal holidays. An annual calendar is provided at the beginning of the school year with all closure dates.

Payments and Fees

Registration and Weekly Tuition

A non-refundable initial registration fee is due upon enrollment. Tuition payments are strictly due on a weekly basis and must be settled in full every Monday.

Bank transfer or ACH (preferred)
Credit or debit card
Check or money order
Late pick-up fee: $10 plus $1 per minute
A non-negotiable late fee of $15 will be automatically applied every Tuesday at 9:30 AM to any outstanding balance

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No credits or refunds are issued for absences, vacations, or statutory holidays. Formal written notice must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the intended cancellation of enrollment.

Additional Fees

Ancillary services such as educational field trips, professional school portraits, or designated special events may incur supplementary charges, which will be disclosed in advance.

General Policies

Illness Policy

Children with fever above 100°F cannot attend
Must stay home for 24 hours after fever subsides without medication
Notify the center about contagious illnesses
Staff may request that you pick up a sick child at any time

Medications

Medications will not be administered unless an authorized person is present.

Discipline

We use positive discipline techniques. No physical or verbal punishment is allowed. We work with parents to address behavior issues.

Safety

Regular fire and emergency drills
All visitors must register at the front desk
Security camera system in all areas
Staff trained in first aid and CPR
